Abstract

The main objective of this project is to develop a tool to facilitate the creation of environments of Augmented Reality Mobile, with the possibility of inserting elements of Gamification and that support Adaptive Learning, focused on On-The-Job teaching and training in the area of health. The tool should be composed of two applications: an easy-to-use Web application for teachers to create specific content that will be made available to students; and a mobile application, used by students and users who wish to make use of this content. The purpose of the products generated in this project is not to replace traditional teaching, but to enrich the learning of the subjects of the areas by to the use of Augmented Reality, especially in On-The-Job training. The studies carried out during this project and the applications developed are expected to generate significant contributions in the areas related to the project and achieve the following results: 1) systematic review of related literature to Augmented Reality Mobile, Gamification and Teaching; 2) study and implementation of gamification and adaptive techniques that can be used in Augmented Reality Mobile to support teaching; 3) implementation of a free online tool to generate environments of Adaptive Augmented Reality in Mobile with Gamification techniques; 4) study on the effectiveness of the tool within the teaching / learning process and ease of use for the construction of new environments by the teacher, in addition to assessing the ergonomics and usability of the application by the students; 5) the feasibility of products with technological innovation with the possibility of registrations or patents; and 6) collaboration with companies and educational institutions to create a line of research and for the consolidation of the research group in ICT / UNIFESP.
