Abstract The objective of the project is to continue the search for pharmacological innovations for the treatment of neglected diseases, especially CD and Leishmaniasis, through the synthesis of new analogues of target molecules sent by DNDi, as starting points. It is expected that the synthesized compounds will be able to progress in the drug development chain, reaching a suitable profile for a candidate, and that in the future may promote the treatment of CD and Leishmaniasis, and thereby control these prevalent diseases and consequences disastrous in patients where the lack of effective and safe therapies is disabling. | |
