Abstract The present work intends to analyze transmission patterns of emerging sylvatic arbovirus diseases (Yellow Fever, YFV, West Nile Virus, WNV, Saint Louis Encephalities, SLEV, among others), simultaneously analysing different available sources of information such as genome sequences, human density and movements and vector/vertebrate hosts natural history. The aim is to conciliate genetic information, cartographic and mathematical epidemiology, and natural history of vector and vertebrate hosts in order to produce an analytical framework that simultaneously analyses different data sources with pathogen genomes in order to recostruct transmission events through time and space, clarifying the occurrence and distribution of these viruses. | |
