Abstract

The professional learning of the sports coach is complex and can reflect in his professional trajectory, both on the contents approached in the university as in his daily practice. The objective of this project is to investigate the professional learning of Brazilian and Portuguese undergraduates and handball coaches. Students and graduates of EEFERP / USP and FADE / UP will be interviewed. By seeking access to the discourses on the formative aspects of the coaches, a qualitative approach will be adopted. For the production of data, a semi-structured interview with each trainer will be carried out from an instrument (to be submitted to a pilot experiment) to identify different aspects about the learning contexts (formal, non-formal and informal) and the transition between the university and the professional work. The tabulation will take place in NVivo and the analysis of the speeches will be carried out from the Thematic Analysis. (AU)
