Abstract In this postdoctoral project it is proposed to synthesize ordered mesoporous silicas (OMSs) and analyze the encapsulation and release of antigens in an oral formulation of poly-vaccines. The capability of encapsulation in these new silicas will be tested for diphtheria and tetanus anatoxins. The release process will be analyzed in samples without and with a polymeric coverage resistant to acidic pH. | |
