Abstract

Aeglids are endemic to the Neotropical region of South America, important in nutrient dynamics and energy flow, considered a bioindicador of water quality. Our objectives are describe the interactions of trophic web through nitrogen (N) and carbon (C) levels: 1) Checking whether occurs distinction during the ontogenetic development (adult and juvenile), and 2) whether the environment more affected or not, can change the structure trophic and consequently the life of these animals. The organisms will be collected in streams of the Southeast (Itatinga-SP), and South (Castro, Ponta Grossa, Mauá da Serra, União da Vitória, - PR), in Brazil. Isotopic analyzes ´13C and ´15N will be applied to trace the trophic position of the animals, as well as the type of the ecological interactions, measured from tissues of aeglids and the others animals. Features of freshwater will be analyzed to compare with the regional isotopic signature. Estimation of the trophic level of the individuals will be estimated by stable isotopic mixing models (SIMMs), through packets in R, as SIAR. Results between groups and between regions will be tested through restricted a limnic environments, low temperatures, good oxygenation. They are ANOVA and a posteriori tests. Through this, results will be possible to analyze the feeding behavior during ontogenetic development, the trophic relationships and the incorporation into the environment of products resulting from anthropogenic interference.
