Abstract

This research internship seeks to solve the research problems encountered in its associated scholarship (grant number 18/11314-0) regarding the symbiotic relation between Modernism and Children's Literature. Its execution is justified because there is no record of an article or paper published on this subject in the Portal de Periódicos maintained by Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). There is also no thesis or dissertation defended in Brazil that thematicises this question, according to the Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações of the said foundation. Thus, the objectives of this research internship are: i) to carry out a bibliographic update; ii) to collect data in collections of international reference centers in Children's Literature; iii) to establish links with international research groups, through visits to universities and foreign libraries; and iv) to participate in relevant international events in the aforementioned field of study.
