Abstract

The goal of the proposal is to investigate the effect of the continuous change of dimensionality on the observables of few-body systems in the universal regime. We will see what are the few-body effects in thermodynamic quantities, such as the effect of Efimov's bound states, when considered a three-body system, on a gas specific heat - we intend to find which is the role of Few-Body Physics in the context of many bodies. In this part, the effect of changing the spatial dimension of the system will be taken into account. We will also develop activities seeking a better understanding of four-body systems. The Faddeev-Yakubovsky equations should also have scale invariance and the method developed in the works so far will be applied to better understand this open problem. (AU)
