Abstract

Smart Cities technologies emerge as a solution to address common problems in large urban centers, using the resources of the city more efficiently and providing better quality services to citizens. One of the objectives of the Thematic project Internet of the Future for Smart Cities, InterSCity (http://interscity.org), is to investigate strategies and develop innovative technologies for spatial visualization of large amounts of data from large cities such as São Paulo, from multiple sources of heterogeneous data. In this scientific initiation project, we will work on the mobility data of the São Paulo Metro Source-Destination Survey in conjunction with public data from the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), provided by the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo (SMS-SP). In this scenario, there are several opportunities for collaborations in developing innovative solutions relating to urban mobility and health that we will explore in this project. (AU)
