In this study weekly frequency of Phakopsora meliosmae-miryanthae and Pucciniastrum americanum air-dispersed urediniospores will be estimated respectively in grapevine and raspberry fields, covered or uncovered with plastic. Glass slides with adhesive tapes located in spore-trap devices will be assessed under optical microscopy. The adhesive tapes will also be analyzed by qPCR. Meteorological stations located in covered and uncovered fields will register the environmental variables daily. The amount of urediniospores estimated every week will be correlated with environmental variables in plastic covered or uncovered fields of grapevine and raspberry.
