Abstract

This work intends to describe the internal oral morphology and the diet of tadpoles of the hylid Bokermannohyla hylax, based on individuals colected in the type location and used in the original description of the larvae. Bucopharingeal morphology will be studied based on specimens prepared for scanning electronic microscopy and the diet will be determined based on the contents of the digestive tube. The obtained results will be compared with other species of the genus.
