The purpose of this study is verify and correlate the voice/laryngopharyngeal symptoms and quality of life in Parkinson's disease. Outcomes we will evaluate the voice/laryngopharyngeal symptoms and quality of life and the correlate of this variants. Initially, will be invite 30 patients both sexes to participate of the research, with neurological diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, hypokinetic dysarthria, with level above 21 points based in the MOCA protocol (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) that evaluate the cognition of the participants. They will be from a follow-up group called "Active Parkinson" the city of Bauru/SP and will form the experimental group (EG). Likewise, will be invited 30 participants both sexes, with a good health self- referenced and without vocal complains, they will be from Bauru/SP and neighboring regions and will form the control group (CG). Methodology: After the selection and signature of the Consent Term, all the participants from (EG) will answer a questionnaire about general health; medications; vocal, speech and swallowing complains besides appearance of diseases. After the application of the sample selection criterions, the participants will answer the Voice- Related Quality of Life (VRQOL) protocol and the Voice Symptom Scale (VoiSS). The data will be analyze with statistical tests, comparing the studied groups.
