Abstract The work is based on the study of tourism guides and the patrimonial interpretation that they carry out in the itineraries in railroad industrial heritage in the city of Campinas (SP). Through this, it is intended to study the role of the tourism guide in tourist itineraries and to analyze the patrimonial interpretation of the goods. To achieve our objectives, we will use the bibliographic review of the terms 'tourist routes' as well as their typologies, and 'tourism guides' forms and preparation, as well as research on the information that must be passed on when interpreting an industrial heritage. In addition, we will carry out a field research in the heritage tourist routes: Estação Cultura (Campinas) and Estação Anhumas (tourist route Maria Fumaça Campinas- Jaguariúna). This will consist of an observational visit (participating in the scripts) and an interview (conducted with the guides responsible for them). We also hoped to analyze community participation in interpreting the guide. With this study we intend to study the activity of patrimonial interpretation carried out by the tour guides in the tourist itineraries in Campinas industrial railroad heritage. | |
