Abstract

Different areas of production, such as food, Agriculture and Technology, demand products based on Nanotechnology. This fact get the attention of the scientific communities to the possible effects of the products composed of nanoparticles (NPs) on the environment, and to living organisms. NPs can be present in biological systems and linked to molecules that perform different functions in organisms and cells. Due to their high surface-to-volume ratio, NPs are highly reactive, catalytic, and can pass through cell membranes. However, their interactions with these systems are not well known yet. In Brazil, there is no law that determines the permissible concentration of NPs in food as well as its disposal into the environment. In this way, through the metallomonic approach and the use of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), this project focuses on the evaluation of the biological effects, the extraction conditions, and the metabolic profile of soybean cultivation in the presence and absence of silver, copper and silica nanoparticles, through macro characteristics of plants, such as growth, wet mass, germinations rate, among others as well as possible changes in terms of (metallo) proteins, lipids, enzymes and metals under the influencer or not of NPs.
