Abstract

In 2019 and 2020, through my scientific initiation project PIBIC-SAE called "Scientific dissemination and cell therapy: a focus on the narratives about mesenchymal cells and menstrual blood", I investigated the scientific dissemination of works on cell therapy and on the use of menstrual blood in scientific research and in biomedical procedures such as cell therapy. Based on this work, I prepared a database in which I organized the researches on scientific dissemination with cell therapy available on these online platforms: Banco de teses e dissertações - CAPES; Scielo; Revista Fapesp; Revista Faperj; Minas Faz Ciência. The database of this investigation consists in a set of academic research, articles and reports related to the scientific dissemination on cell therapy and on menstrual blood stem cells. It is now a set of files stored and cataloged on a cloud-based server available to researchers interested in further studies on this topic. There the files are separated (as PDF files) together with a spreadsheet that works as a catalog of the selected researches. In this catalog, articles, reports and scientific research are organized by their titles, name of the researchers, date of publication and also by the institutions to which they are linked. The research proposed in this project intends to continue the anthropological studies associated with Communication, Scientific and Technological Dissemination based on this material already collected and organized, and from of the studies and publications originated by the aforementioned research. Thus, I intend to contribute to the ongoing research "Corpo, gênero e tecnociências: as ´células-tronco´ do sangue menstrual", coordinated by Daniela Manica.
