Abstract

The aim of the present study is to investigate the view of university students from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences in relation to the teaching carried out since the beginning of the pandemic considering the degree of involvement by affective symptoms (depression, anxiety and stress) and mood indicators. This is a cross-sectional study with follow-up. An exploratory protocol to characterize the sample and the students' view of higher education in the pandemic and the Depression, Anxiety and Stress scale (DASS-21) will be used as measurement instruments. The validity and reliability of the data will be assessed by means of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and Omega Coefficient, respectively. The Weighted Least Squares Mean and Variance Adjusted (WLSMV) estimation method will be used and Ç2/df, CFI, TLI and RMSEA will be considered to assess the fit of the instrument models to the data. The prevalence of depression, anxiety and stress will be calculated by point and by 95% confidence interval considering the degree of involvement. Qualitative analysis of open responses related to higher education in the pandemic will be carried out through content analysis and elaboration of the collective subject discourse (CSD). (AU)
