Abstract

Supersymmetric localization was used to perform an exact computation of the expectation value of circular supersymmetric Wilson loops in N = 4 d = 4 Super Yang Mills. This expectation value was conjectured to be related to the superstring partition function on AdS_5xSÆ5. The pure spinor formalism gives a quantizable action on AdS_5xSÆ5 and the project proposal is to use supersymmetric localization in the pure spinor formalism to compute the superstring partition function and test the conjecture.
