Abstract

This project is based on two points presented in the course presented by Michel Foucault, at the Collège de France, in 1976, entitled: Society Must Be Defended. The first refers to a movement of conceptual mapping, from the problem: in what way is the manifestation of a policy of the administration of biological life? And what does it mean? The second culminates in what I take as the central problem of work, which is: how does the transition from the war policy to a biological policy take place? Here the question is beyond the conceptual map, as previously presented, the objective is to map the movement of the course and how Foucault started the discussion of state racism.(AU)
