Abstract

Objective: map and synthesize the evidence obtained from systematic reviews on the risk factors, clinical aspects, and prognosis associated with women with Covid-19 infection during pregnancy. Methods: this overview will follow the recommendations of the Cochrane Manual for Systematic Intervention Reviews. Systematic reviews published without date or language restrictions will be included, evaluating the clinical manifestations, risk factors, and prognosis associated with pregnant women diagnosed with Covid-19. In addition, the outcomes presented by systematic reviews related to maternal, perinatal, and neonatal aspects of pregnant women with SARS-CoV-2 infection will be analyzed. Searches will be carried out in electronic databases: Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR), MEDLINE, LILACS, and Embase, in addition to specific databases for Covid-19. The selection of studies and extraction of identified data will be performed by two authors independently. The methodological quality assessment of the reviews included will be carried out by two authors independently, using the AMSTAR-2 tool (Assessing the Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews).(AU)
