Abstract

Show the impacts of black masculinity on young people's decision-making for choosing their area of work, racialized affective relationships, and youth cultural practices. Specifically, this CI intends to discuss how the social markers of difference and in particular the representations of masculinity cross youth, whether within the academic-professional scope or other areas of their lives as young high school students in public schools in Santos. The study elements for the research will be obtained through observation visits, individual and collective monitoring, questionnaires, conversation circles, individual interviews, and workshops since our birth, we are crossed by issues that influence our formation as human beings, whether they are: "ethnicity, gender, sexuality, nationality, among others", in addition to these crossings that exist naturally, we are also influenced by the people and institutions that are present during our journey. A child's first contact with society as a whole (without being directly linked to his family nucleus) usually takes place at his school. Therefore, the school has a fundamental role in everyone's life, being the main place of social, political and educational formation. Because it is at school that the first interaction with society takes place, it is often at school where we are most affected by great social stigmas. The monitoring of the daily life of young black students at ETECAF has as evidence these crossings present in each individual being in their leisure, in their food, in their socio-family environment. For this I hope to make observational visits and individual interviews with the young black people present at ETECAF, thus doing an ethnographic analysis as well. Making these crossings more palpable for the elaboration of new workshops and/or research methodologies and works, as it further highlights the great trigger of questions that may exist within the school. Taking advantage of the current moment in the Thematic Project, I hope to articulate part of my work with the questionnaire that is being applied to the participating schools, thus aligning my individual work even more with the research offered by the project.(AU)
