Adequate and healthy food is a basic human right and access to scientific knowledge is essential to ensure that recommendations about food are consistent, appropriate and feasible. In addition, it should also help to expand the population's autonomy regarding food choices. Parallel to that, podcasts have stood out in the last decade as one of the most widespread technological transformations and innovations in Brazil and, as a format that opened doors to the approaching of specific subjects, it became a diverse and abundant path for scientific dissemination. This project aims to produce journalistic content in the form of audio reports about food and nutrition, using as a guideline the research and extension activities carried out at the Faculty of Food Engineering at Unicamp (FEA). The podcast episodes will be available on the main streaming platforms (Spotify, Deezer, Apple podcasts, Breaker Castbox, Youtube) and also on Rádio Programação, from Unicamp. The scripts of the published episodes will be available on FEA's website and articles will be released on Jornal da Unicamp to disseminate the work. The episode's advertising will also be available on the social networks of the podcast (@pratodeciencia) and FEA (@fea.unicamp). With this, it is expected the expansion of the population's access to the scientific knowledge produced within public universities, in an area of great interest for the country, which is food. (AU)
