Abstract

The main goal of the project is the development of a prototype of a system to aid the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and its comorbidities based on facial anthropometric measurements obtained from 2D images. We intend to develop a smartphone application where the user can scan an individual's face and, when the application identifies a suitable image in terms of image quality and pose, captures the photograph, performs the processing, and shows the result. An Android version has been implemented, which now needs to be converted to iOS in addition to other improvements.(AU)
