Abstract

The proposal of this postdoctoral project is part of the dialogue and establishment of partnership and collaboration with the group "Le sujet dans la cité", from the Experice Laboratory, at the Paris Sorbone Nord University. This group has a tradition of autobiographical research and work with narratives. The postdoctoral research has as main objective to make a cross-analysis of training memorials produced in the Brazilian and French contexts, seeking points of convergence and dissonant points of the school trajectories narrated by students in professional training, seeking to analyze the development of the power to act of the subjects, in the face of life situations, sometimes dramatic, narrated by them. The historical-cultural perspective, the Activity Clinic (Yves Clot) and the biographical perspective (Delory-Momberger) guide the research. From the reading of the memorials produced in the Brazilian and French context, we will make a thematic analysis (Souza, 2019), seeking to find points of convergence between the schooling trajectories, as well as dissonant points. We believe that such analysis is fruitful to better understand the histories of the subjects in formation, registered in the memorials in different contexts, and better understanding, to find ways to improve the formation processes. In addition, we will analyze the memorial device itself and its formative potential, comparing the forms of production, and the narrative choices of students in Brazil and France, with a view to improving the use of memorials as a pedagogical tool.
