Abstract

For us to understand the production and commercialization of agroecology food we need to analyze the different elements involved in paradigmatic debate allied to state, capital, and food socioterritorial movement's actions. Agroecology is established through techniques, science, and traditional knowledge configuring as a form of resistance to the current development model, which is based on agribusiness and causes strong impacts in different territories, mainly Latin America. Thus, this work aims to study the theoretical-methodological aspects that involve the debate about the production/commercialization of food, through conceptual analysis of agroecology, which results in different paradigms and socioterritorial impacts by the capital and argentine state actions, as well, as forms of agroecological productive resistances in Santiago del Estero province, in comparative with Pontal do Paranapanema region, in Brazil.
