Abstract Breastfeeding is a behavior that brings several benefits to both the infant and theinfant and for those who breastfeed. These benefits transcend the physiological, since besides being associatedassociated with the immunological and nutritional strengthening of the child, the restoration of therestoration of the body and the reduction of morbidity in pregnant women, they are also associatedassociated with the creation and strengthening of affective bonds. However, although natural, breastfeedingbreastfeeding is a practice that requires professional and social support. To this end, there is thethe Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA). Objective: To analyzethe experience of the implementation of a breastfeeding plan with pregnant and postpartum women andhealth professionals of a Primary Health Care Unit. Method: Qualitative,exploratory study. Semi-structured interviews will be conducted with pregnant and postpartum women andhealth professionals participating in a group of pregnant women in a Primary Health Care Unit, to whom theHealth Unit to which the Breastfeeding Plan was presented and carried out. The data analysiswill be done by Thematic Analysis. | |
