Abstract

Introduction: Auditory hearing can have a strong impact on the global development of children and adolescents, and should be identified in a timely manner for a quick and adequate intervention. The Care Network for Persons with Disabilities, a health policy that includes care for people with hearing impairment, provides a set of actions and services dedicated to comprehensive care for these individuals. Objective: This project is part of the research "Analysis of a Hearing Rehabilitation Center: users, workers and managers as guides" which is in progress, with FAPESP funding (process number 2020/09229-4). It aims to analyze the production of care networks aimed at newborns, children and adolescents, operated by a Hearing Rehabilitation Center qualified by the Ministry of Health, as well as the degree of adherence to the principles and guidelines defined in the regulations of the Health Care Network. Person with Disability. Method: This is qualitative research, of the interference-research and cartographic type. The study will have as field an Auditory Rehabilitation Center and its relationship with other points of attention that make up hearing health care in the city of Campinas/SP The following tools will be used for data production: participant observation; semi-structured interviews with health workers and managers; in-depth interviews with user guides; focus group and record in a field diary. The analytical work, from a cartographic perspective, runs through all phases of the research and will use the theoretical budgets of Institutional Analysis from what it calls "analyzers", which are events that celebrate ruptures in what is apparently homogeneous and visible in the institution.Keywords: Hearing Impairment; Hearing Rehabilitation; Health Policy.
