Abstract

Será estabelecida/padronizada metodologia de produção de organoides corticais para utilização em estudos de doenças do neurodesenvolvimento de interesse para o CEPID CEGH-CEL. Linhagens de iPSCs serão dorsalizadas, cultivadas em agregados em suspensão que serão subsequentemente neuralizados e maturados. Será avaliada a formação de estruturas tridimensionais expressando marcadores corticais, de maneira a recapitular o desenvolvimento cerebral em estágio fetal. Os organoides serão caracterizados quanto a funcionalidade e expressão de marcadores típicos do neurodesenvolvimento.
