Abstract

This project proposes the monitoring, coverage, and dissemination of the research output from the "Journalism, Law, and Freedom" Research Group (IEA/USP). Through a partnership with the Observatório da Imprensa, an investigation of public communication is proposed, addressing topics such as the impact of new journalistic technologies on political perception, the effects of social media on citizen participation sociabilities, and the risks posed by new dynamics of misinformation.
