The third scholarship of the Management, Creation, and Memory axis, as budgeted in the thematic project Arts and Semantics of Creation and Memory, will be assigned to a graduation student whose task will be to survey the documentation of projects and research related to scientific knowledge on ecological practices concerning forest management in the Araripina microregion, in partnership with the NGO Caatinga, located in the municipal headquarters of Ouricuri. Based on the development of this archive, create an organization and classification system. The anthropological interrogation of this archive is aimed at a relevant aspect, albeit not detailed in the historical-legislative documentation: the involvement of both Brazilian and foreign scientists in the partnerships established by Caatinga. It intends to shed light on the connection with researchers and scientists working in the field, particularly as revealed in the documentation stemming from the previously mentioned partnership. The unfolding of this interest immediately leads to the fifth axis, Creation and Destruction: Science and Politics in the Anthropocene, developed within the same thematic project, approaching the field of Science Anthropology. This provides the grantee with contemporary knowledge of ecological, corporate, and politically impactful research and initiatives in the semi-arid region, with a focus on the geographical scope of the Caatinga. In addition, it fosters the development of archive management skills through the compilation of projects and detailed documentation. It also contributes to the research collection of Axis 2 of the Thematic Project and establishes an immediate connection with Axis 5.
