Abstract

Objective: To map the scientific evidence on follow-up care in primary health care for children of women diagnosed with gestational syphilis. Method: This is a scoping review study designed according to the recommendations of the JBI. The guiding question of the review is: "What is the evidence on follow-up care in primary care for children of women diagnosed with syphilis in pregnancy?", the population being: children of women diagnosed with syphilis in pregnancy; the concept is follow-up care; and the context is primary health care. The study will take the databases: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences. Expected results: It is intended to produce knowledge mapping about the follow-up of children of women diagnosed with syphilis in primary health care.
