Abstract

Hybrid care-based patient telemonitoring platforms have the potential to make prevention, diagnosis and treatment procedures more effective and less costly. One of the bottlenecks of this type of system is the high cost of maintaining a center responsible for contacting patients in response to alerts generated by the system. Therefore, we propose the study of a voice dialogue system to automate some tasks to be performed on this type of platform. (AU)
