Abstract

This work is about a deep overview around the green aviation subject including disruptive technologies that are in development in different research institutions and aeronautical industry. This overview includes electrical propulsion and hydrogen based on fuel cells. The future of air mobility based on small airplanes for short and mid range travels using propellers will be analysed and evaluated considering advantages, disadvantages and technological challenges.
