Abstract

The main objective of the research is to survey and statistically describe the profile and trajectories of indigenous and quilombola students in higher education in Brazil, based on secondary quantitative data sources, such as the Higher Education Census (CenSup), prepared by the National Institute of Studies and Educational Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP), and the Demographic Census of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). Academic collaboration activities include support for the management, guidance and writing of papers developed by members of the aforementioned groups. As for the internship abroad, it is expected that it may be carried out at an institution and research group with expertise in research on the schooling of native peoples. The institution and supervisor will be defined during the course of the project. (AU)
