Abstract Context: This project belongs to a coordinated set of research projects linked to the Teaching Project "Decent Work and Diversity: A Psychosocial Approach," approved under the CNPq Research Productivity (PQ-C) program (307133/2025-7). Each of the five studies, with the same design, will continue the Scientific Initiation work from the two previous cycles (cycles 2023-2024 and 2024-2025), this time focusing on Decent Work (DW) and Psychosocial Risk Factors (PSRF) of vulnerable groups, using the Job Demands-Resources (JDR) model and the Theory of the Psychology of Work as frameworks. Objective: To understand and analyze the perceptions of workers aged 60+ regarding their work experiences, to identify relevant contextual elements in corporate diversity and inclusion programs, when they exist, and to propose educational materials (booklets) for websites of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), collectives/social movements, and support platforms dedicated to protecting these populations in order to promote awareness of Decent Work. Justification: News about affronts to the dignity of these workers is recurrent in the media, as well as in specialized scientific literature. The aim is to gather relevant information to promote fairer and more equitable work environments, in order to combat inequalities and promote mental health. Method: Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) based on semi-structured interviews, with content analysis by judges and an auditor. Discussion: Categories related to the themes of Decent Work and FRPS will be identified. The classifications will be compared, and cross-analyses will be employed respecting the three stages proposed in the CQR. The results will be discussed based on the framework of JD-R and TPT. Expected Results: The research aims to develop content that contributes to raising awareness about the importance of Decent Work, promoting dignity, and protecting workers aged 60+ with regard to information relevant to their professional practice, in a dignified and meaningful way.
