Abstract

The experimental autoimmune neuritis (EAN) serves as a model for studying the Guillain-Barré syndrome. It is an autoimmune and demyelinating disease caused by T CD4 lymphocytes Th1/Th17. The present study is design to understand the effect of G-CSF on the evolution of EAN. The G-GSF is a hematopoietic factor with a important immunoregulatory effect of plasmacytoid dendritic cell and in the activation of regulatory T lymphocytes. (AU)
