Abstract

O presente projeto de iniciação científica tem como objetivo realizar um estudo sistematizado do equilíbrio de fases referente aos compostos comumente encontrados nos processos de desterpenação de óleos essenciais por extração líquido-líquido, utilizando como solvente etanol hidratado. Neste projeto de iniciação científica serão determinados experimentalmente dados de equilíbrio líquido-líquido de sistemas contendo componentes do óleo essencial de orégano (p-cimeno, terpineol - mistura dos isômeros ±, ², ³ - e/ou timol e/ou terpinen-4-ol) e solvente misto (etanol com diferentes teores de água), a 25°C. Este pedido de bolsa de iniciação científica está associado ao projeto de pesquisa (2006/05973-3) coordenado pela orientadora da presente proposta. (AU)
