Abstract

The aim of the present project will be to evaluate the behaviorof fibroblasts NiH-3T3 line submitted the different cementendodontics types (MTA Angelus Branco, Portland cement withzirconium oxide and Portland pure cement) and concentration. CellsNIH-3T3 will be incubated with different extract concentration(increasing dilutions: pure, 1/10, 1/100 e 1/1000) at 37oC, at 12, 24and 48 hour. The conditional and fibroblasts ways will be collectedand evaluated how much to the cellular viability (reduction of theMTT, Neutral Red capture and Crystal Violet staining). The statisticalanalyses will be made through the tests ANOVA, and have tested "t",in accordance with its indication (Turkey's test if p<0.05).
