Considering the importance of aerobic fitness in professional soccer players, especially the fact that currently the elite soccer players on average 10-12 km during a math with an average of about 75% of their maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max), the purpose of this study will investigate the validity of a protocol for determation the maximum lactate steady state (MLSS) through soccer specific test (Hoff Test). Twenty-five soccer players of aged 15-20 years are tested for body composition (DEXA), incremental test to determine VO2max and exercise intensity corresponding to VO2max (iVO2max) in the laboratory. In the field will be determined using the anaerobic threshold "Hoff Test" (AntHoff) and constant efforts to 30min to determine MLSS in" circuit Hoff (MLSSHoff). The normality and homogeneity of data to be confirmed with the Shapiro-Wilks test and Levene respectively. The comparison of the values of AntHoff and MLSSHoff be performed with the Student t test for dependent samples. The associations between these variables will be tested using Pearson's correlation, while for the verification that the values will be used to analyze Bland & Altman. In all cases the significance level is for P <0.05.
