Abstract

Soil salinity can produce growth reduction in plants. Each plant or cultivar has different behavior under salinity. Na and Cl can produce negative results on some plants on absorption capacity, transport and use of some soil nutrients. The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence of soil salinity levels on morphophysiological parameters of Eucalyptus urograndis. The experiment will be set up at Agricultural Engineering Department, FCA/UNESP, Botucatu, SP in greenhouse conditions using black plastic pots which will received soil with the NaCl levels. The statistical design will be developed with 5 salinity treatments (1,41; 2,50; 4,50; 6,45 e 8,33 dS m-1) and 10 replicates.
