Abstract

The project aims to investigate the work and life of workers of ACREPOM - Collectors Association of Paper, Cardboard and Recyclable Materials from Araçatuba/SP, trying to identify the one hand, the multiple dimensions of the working world, with emphasis on aspects of the process work: organization of production; day of work, wage status, professional qualification, career prospects, and on the other hand, dimensions of everyday life of these workers: how leisure and entertainment, consumer, religious practices; structure family and relations of friendship and affection. The goal is to produce a portrait of the universe totalizer working and life in its many dimensions, the quota of workers collectors of recyclable materials. Use in research, techniques and procedures for dealing with ethnographic objects of study and submitted bibliographic resources and services to the scientific Documentation. (AU)
