Abstract

This research has as an issue to evaluate the hydrometric levels of groundwater, and its acid and conductivity characteristics in the fluvial plain at the high Paraná River, downstream Porto Primavera Dam. So that can happen, 3 (three) different locals in this fluvial plain will be available between Baía river and Ivinheima river mouth, over an hydrological cycle (2008-2009), through seasonal samples. Alongside, the levels of secondary channels, correlative to the respective geographic positions of hydrometrics sounding and the pluviometric precipitation values in region will be measured. The quantitative datas of groundwater hydrometrics measurement, water levels of channels that drain this area and pluviometry data will be correlationed through statistic test. The influences of alluvial deposits upon the hydrometric characteristics, pH and electric conductivity of groundwater sample will be qualitatively estimated. It is expected with the results, the understanding of the lateral and vertical connectivity approximation among different hydrological phases on the underground - surface- atmospherical system in the fluvial plain.
