Abstract

The objective was to investigate the amplitude and the latency auditory evoked potential P300 in patientes with unilateral sensorineural hearing loss. Mean latency of P300 component were 322,58ms for normal hearing ears and 326,83ms for the hearing impaired, no differences were obseved in latencies of 300 in normal hearing and hearing impaired ears. Mean amplitude values of P300 component were 6,47uV and 5,61 uV for normal hearing and hearing impaired ears, respectively. P300 amplitude in normal hearing ears was higher than in hearing impaired ears. (AU)
