- Research Grants
Research Supported by FAPESP assembles referential information of scholarships and research grants from various research modalities, awarded by FAPESP.
Concerning projects carried out in research institutions abroad, FAPESP encourages granted researchers to develop collaborative research with renowned partner organizations from other countries, such as the institution abroad .
The display board "FAPESP Support in Numbers" presents the number of ongoing or concluded scholarships and research grants, awarded by the Foundation, in cooperation with the institution abroad Université d'Angers. In the center of the page, you will see some information on those awarded scholarships and research grants.
Use the "Refine results" list of options to filter information on awarded research in cooperation with the research institution abroad Université d'Angers and to get results that are more specific for your search, according to the following parameters: type of Research Grants, modalities of Scholarships, Field of Knowledge and Start Date.
The Maps and Graphs show the geographical distribution of FAPESP sponsorship in the State of São Paulo and the historical sequence of funded research, by year, of the ongoing projects from the cooperation with the research institution abroad Université d'Angers.
This project has two strands. In the first one, we propose to investigate the calculation of invariants related to the study of characteristic classes such as the Euler obstruction and Brasselet number (in global and local configurations). In addition to this, the second one proposes to investigate the topology of a differentiable variety through the critical set of applications defined ...
The project aims to recast the analysis of the complete integrability of the q-deformed rational Calogero-Moser system in the framework of the Hamiltonian reduction and, more generally, to study the correspondence between rank-one condition and integrable systems from the point of view the Hamiltonian formalism. This project is associated with FAPESP doctorate fellowship process number 2017/16074-4. In recent years, innovation in pharmaceutical research focuses on the development of theranostic systems, which combine two functions: one diagnostic and other therapeutic, thanks to the simultaneous incorporation into nanosystems of therapeutic and image agents. The aim of this project is, during t...
The idea of the project is to acquaint the student with the concept of index of vector fields and 1-forms defined on singular varieties, seeking to understand the different generalizations of the concept for such objects, based on the of the Poincaré-Hopf Index for vector fields on smooth manifolds. The main goal of the project is the investigation of different versions of the Poincaré-...
The Euler obstruction, defined by MacPherson, is an invariant rised as a tool in the study of characteristic class of singular varieties. Brasselet, Massey, Parameswaran and Seade presented a generalization of this concept, associated with a function with isolated singularity, defined on a singular variety, called the Euler obstruction of f. More recently, Dutertre and Grulha gave anoth...
