(EN) The invention describes a process of producing a controlled porosity membrane from natural latex (Hevea brasiliensis), said membrane being produced using the technique of lyophilization with the addition of different volumes of water in order to achieve different porosities. Such a porous membrane provides better gas exchange with the environment and can be used as a skin dressing and as a matrix for systems for the controlled release of bioactive molecules.
