Marcelo Fernandes de Almeida holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics in the State University of Feira de Santana - Brazil and PH.D in Mathematics from Federal University of Pernambuco (2011). Also, did a Pos-doctorate (2011-2013) in the State University of Campinas under supervision of the Professor Lucas Catão de Freitas Ferreira. Now is Professor in the Federal University of Sergipe and his research experience is a subtle mix between fluid dynamic and parabolic/hyperbolic nonlinear PDEs in low regularity functions spaces.
