Professor in the Department of International Relations at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of São Paulo State University (UNESP) and in the Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP). Coordinates the Laboratory of New Technologies in Research on International Relations (LANTRI) and is an associate researcher at the Center for Contemporary Culture Studies (CEDEC), the Regionalism Observatory (ODR), and the Development, International Politics and Peace Network (DIPP). Graduated in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1992), earned a master's degree in Political Science from the same university (1998), and a Ph.D. in Sociology from São Paulo State University (2007).
