Jean Martins is a computer scientist and holds a master's degree from the Universidade Federal de Goiás (2007,2010), and a PhD by the Institute of Computational and Mathematical Sciences (ICMC) the University of São Paulo (2015). He was a visiting pos-doc researcher at the University of Coimbra, Portugal (2015-2016). From 2017 to 2018 he was a professor at Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), in the area of algorithms and complexity. In 2018 joined Ericsson Research as a Experienced Researcher in Artificial Intelligence applied to telecom networks. His main area of research concerns combinatorial optimization problems, and more recently machine learning and reinforcement learning. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
