Fernando Manoel Ramos

Degree in Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineer from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA, 1981), MSc in Space Sciences at the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE, 1986) and a PhD in Fluid Mechanics at the École Nationale Supérieure de l'Aeronautique et de l'Espace (ENSAE, 1992). Has experience in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mathematics, with a focus on Modeling and Analysis of Complex Systems, in applications in land use modeling, optimization, time series analysis, inverse problems, turbulence and space systems.
