Graduated in Nutrition in the Institute of Biosciences of UNESP/Botucatu and PhD in Clinical Medicine Pathophysiology - Health Sciences at Botucatu Medical School UNESP. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Botucatu Medical School UNESP, researching the effect of orange juice intake on COPD. She participated as a visiting researcher in the Nutrition and Cancer Biology Lab, at HNRCA -Tufts University in Boston (USA) studying the metabolism of carotenoids and flavonoids in different models of liver aggression. Experience and main training in Clinical Nutrition, with emphasis on Chronic Diseases and Oral, Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition Therapy.
