Graduated in Biomedicine with qualification in Human Genetics and Molecular Biology, Master, PhD and Postdoctoral degree at Universidade Federal de São Paulo. Currently is Vice Coordinator and Senior Research of the Postgraduate Program in Health Sciences of the Faculdade de Medicina do ABC, Professor of the Discipline of Genetics, Member of the Comprehensive Care Group for Rare Diseases and Geneticist of the Instituto Ideia Fértil - Center for Human Reproduction and Genetics of the Faculdade de Medicina do ABC. She is also Senior Research of the Postgraduate Program in Biotechnology at the Federal University of ABC, Visiting Researcher at the Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa Albert Einstein and Associate Editor in the Basic Research area of the journals Einstein (São Paulo) and Humana Reproduction Archives. Is also member of the Global Burden of Disease Collaborator Network. She has experience in the areas of Human and Medical Genetics, Human Cytogenetics, Molecular Biology and Assisted Human Reproduction, working mainly on human genetics, sexual and reproductive health, endometriosis, diagnosis and genetic counseling of rare diseases, and prostate cancer.
